This website www.ceffijewellery.co.uk is operated by CeFfi. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound to the following terms, conditions and policies. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

The use of "you", "your" relates to the user of the website.

The use of "we", "us", "our" relates to the provider - CeFfi.

Please read through before using the website, if you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions you are not permitted to use this website.

The information provided on the website is for your general information and use only. It may be subject to change without notice.

We aim to ensure that the price and general information provided is accurate and up to date at all times. In the unlikely occurrence that an error is present we reserve the right to cancel the order or not supply the product at all.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to order quantity restriction, typographical error, suspicion of fraudulent activity, stock issue or force majeure. Please note you will be refunded in full in the unlikely event of occurrence.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

When you place an order you will need to provide personal details relating to the processing of your order which are handled in accordance with that stated in our Privacy & Cookies Policy.

Orders by default can only be accepted within the UK. Orders may be placed outside of the UK at our discretion through contacting us directly. 

No promotion/discount/offer can be used in conjunction with any other.

Offers can only be claimed once per person unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed using PayPal secure payment service.

Your personal information and payment details are handled safely and securely however we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer from unauthorised third party access to any of the information supplied to which the law allows.

When you place an order on our website you will receive a confirmation of your order via email.

Acceptance of your order occurs when we have dispatched your order.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once dispatched.

All items where possible will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 12pm on a working day. However this is dependent on stock and order quantities, therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be processed and dispatched until Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays).

Please allow 7 days for all made to order/customised items to be dispatched.

If in the unlikely event your order arrives and it is damaged, inform us as soon as possible.

All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class.

Our delivery charge is a flat rate of £2.99.

Orders of £75 or more will qualify for FREE delivery (may not be valid during a promotion).

Items can be collected at our shop in Ruthin free of charge.

All orders should arrive with you within 1-3 days of dispatch. Items typically arrive the day after dispatch, please note this can be delayed during busy periods at Royal Mail.

Please contact us to arrange a return.

Item(s) need to be sent back in a unused, resaleable condition with all original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that you will be liable for the postage cost of returning the item(s) unless faulty, you will be refunded for your item(s) (excluding postage). The refund will be processed within 30 days and the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Items should be sent recorded using the Royal Mail Signed For service or similar as we cannot be held accountable for a non-return.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the conditions above are not met.

Regretfully items that are perishable/made to order/customised cannot be returned, unless faulty.

Earrings and alike cannot be returned.

We cannot facilitate exchanges at this present time.

All of our items come with a 12 month warranty, please retain your receipt as proof of purchase and to validate warranty. If in the unlikely event you experience a problem with your item, don't hesitate to get in touch and we will get this sorted for you.

CeFfi is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected and when we are provided with your information you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance to its intended purpose, kept secure and will not be shared with any un-disclosed third party unless required to do so by law.

What information we collect and what we do with it.

When you place an order we will be provided with information such as your name, address and contact details as you entered. We only use this information you provided to process your order. This information is not used for any other purpose.

When placing an order you have the option to opt in to direct email marketing, you also have the option to opt in by entering your email at the bottom of the website. When you provide us with your consent to use your email we will only use your email to send you relevant content regarding CeFfi, it will not be shared with any third party. If at any time you change your mind about emails you can contact us or follow instructions at the bottom of an email. 

Third Parties

CeFfi is hosted by Create Ecommerce and the payment service is provided by PayPal. 

Create Ecommerce hosts the website www.ceffijewellery.co.uk and hold information relating to orders safely and securely.

PayPal provide the payment functionality of our website. CeFfi does not have any access to your payment details, any payment details provided to PayPal will be handled securely. More information can be found on PayPal's website.

Security

We use Create Ecommerce's SSL security to safe guard you when entering your personal information during the checkout process.

Payment details are then securely processed using PayPal's secure payment service.
